Johnson Manufacturing occupies a 30,000 Sq. Ft state of the art facility on a five acre site in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland. Since its establishment in 1987 Johnson has built an enviable reputation as a cost effective and high quality producer of Air Pressure Tanks and Fuel tanks for use in the automotive industry and also for a wide range of compressed air applications.

Johnson Manufacturing continues to develop and expand its product range thanks to the expertise and knowledge acquired over the last 21 years.

Within its facilities, Johnson Manufacturing has two production lines that utilise modern technology during the different manufacturing stages. The processes are perfectioned by robotics and projection welding machines ensuring the highest standards of welding at a competitive cost. Depending on the clients' specifications, Johnson Manufacturing is authorised to work with both stainless and carbon steel with either liquid or powder finish.

Diversity in our range of vessels varies from standard air compressor tanks, fuel tanks, surge vessels and separators to cooling system and fire protection tanks, as well as heat exchangers and dryers depending on the client's requirements.

In accordance to our quality standard ISO 9001 Version 2000, we offer a complete service from the design to the supply of pressure tanks. We operate this standard throughout the organisation ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by effective product realisation.
